Essex Online is a social enterprise and ICT Provider brought together by RCCE (Rural Community Council of Essex) and established ICT provider Suffolk Online and it’s parent charity Suffolk ACRE.
Utilising the vast experience in the ICT sector of Suffolk Online and RCCE’s knowledge of the Third Sector in Essex, our aim is to improve access to affordable and reliable ICT (Information and Communications Technology) support and services to all Third Sector organisations in Essex.
Essex Online is an ICT Service Provider that is able to provide a whole suit of services including broadband, email, web hosting, web design and ICT Support.
The Helpdesk
At the heart of Essex Online, is it’s dedicated helpdesk. Comprising of 3 knowledgeable professionals with nearly 30 years experience in the IT industry between and 25 years experience between them running the Suffolk Online helpdesk, the helpdesk aims to be the central contact point for any help, support and advice needed. From here Matt, Danny & Phill aim to deal with any support query that comes in and all in an easy to access fashion – no queueing or holding features on the telephone line – just straight through to a friendly voice on the other end, ready to help.
